STAY AWAY. The admin assistants are horrific. Sent my mom and I a bill from a cleaning I got ONE YEAR ago. Never saw it before and I had to tell them 5 x I had insurance at that time (even got my insurance to call them) and they still refused to cover it. Clearly they messed up and didnt enter it in correctly the first time and are trying to save themselves. Funny thing is we are more than capable to pay it but will not due to principle and how horrifically rude the staff has treated us. “See you in small claims court” because we will still not pay for YOUR screw ups. Oh and I have a LARGE network in Charlotte and will ensure to spread how horrible your firm is.

I have been a patient of Dr. James Garden for over 25 plus years and have never experienced anything but top notch service. From his staff to the cleanliness of the office to the absolute professionalism and amazing dentistry of Dr. Garden. I normally do not write reviews however, after reading a review by Janet T, posted 6 days ago, I was wondering if this is the same Janet that worked for Dr Garden for 18 years.
