So disappointed by the poor customer service of the office staff. I have been a patient as long as I can remember. I would guess around 20 years. I received a phone call regarding my appointment the next day saying that my hygienist "wanted to leave early," and I needed to reschedule. Unfortunately, appointments are booked 6 months out, and I am a teacher, so the offered appointments of 1:30 or 7:30 don't work for me. The staff member on the phone snipped at me "Well I don't know your schedule." I've had 3:30 appointments for the past 6 years, but I suppose they didn't notice that. I told them how unprofessional it was that she was allowed to leave when she was already scheduled to work with only giving me a a one-day notice and no availability to reschedule, and was then told that I could suddenly keep my appointment! No thank you. Devastated to be searching for a new dentist, but hopefully will find someone that puts their patients first. Absolutely shocked, I have loved Dr. Garden, and I know he would not approve of his business being run this way.

I love it there it is different and very nice and clean and everyone there is very happy and nice and respectful and speck to you soon as you walk in a very nice family place and ever since then this is the place that makes me smile.

Today was my second routine cleaning appointment here, and I was nervous. I am 16 weeks pregnant. I have had very bad morning sickness, and brushing/flossing has made me gag for about 2 1/2 months. I knew I hadn't been taking the kind of care of my mouth that I normally do. I was afraid of what the hygieist was going to tell me about the condition of my mouth, and I was afraid the cleaning itself itself would be a disaster, causing me to gag the whole time. I shouldn't have worried. I told Margaret right away about my pregnancy and about my worries. She was very understanding. Throughout the cleaning, she pointed out where the problem spots were, but not in a way that made me feel judged. She also offered some tips for easing the gagging while I brush and floss. So thank you, Margaret! I so appreciated your kindness and professionalism today!
